Cancellation Policy
Any order placed can only be canceled when the order isn’t shipped & not picked up by our courier partner. Once an order is shipped from our warehouse, you can only raise a request for a refund. In case, the order is not shipped, the full amount shall be refunded to the original mode of payment.
Shipping Policy
Hathai.org has tied up with some of India’s leading delivery companies which includes names like DTDC etc. In most cases, we ship out your order within 24 hours from our warehouse via our courier partner. Sometimes, the delivery may take longer due to
- Irregular and Bad weather
- Delays in flight
- Political and social disruptions
- Other unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, we will reach out to you. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing an order summary and also the estimated delivery time to your location.
Refund Policy
Refund Policy In case, the customer is not satisfied with the product quality/sizing or if there is any sort of issue with the product, Hathai has a no-questions-asked policy for cancellation and a full refund will be provided to the customer within 7-15 working days. However, the product must be returned undamaged and shipped backed to us. After receiving the product back at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to the original mode of payment. The refund amount is the selling price of the product minus the shipping cost incurred. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 5 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
